Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: April 25, 2025

1. General
   1.1. This Return & Exchange Policy (the “Policy”) governs the procedure for returning and exchanging products purchased on https://asbtrade.ge/.
   1.2. The right to return applies to all products purchased by consumers, except products of improper quality (with visible defects) and items listed in Section 7.
2. Return Period
   Consumers may return products of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.
3. Return Conditions
   To be eligible for return, an item must meet all three conditions:
   • original packaging, tags, and seals intact;
   • unused, with no mechanical or operational damage;
   • preserved commercial appearance, completeness, and all accompanying documents (receipt, warranty card, manual).
4. Return Procedure
   4.1. The consumer notifies the Company of the return request by emailing info@asbtrade.ge or calling +995 577 314 243, providing:
   • order number and date;
   • product name and SKU;
   • reason for return (if the product is defective).
5. Return Shipping Costs
   5.1. For returns of products of proper quality, the consumer pays the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Process & Timing
   6.1. Refunds are issued using the original payment method (bank transfer, card) within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
   6.2. Payment system fees charged at the time of purchase will also be refunded in full.
7. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are not eligible for return:
   • custom-made or made-to-order products;
   • opened consumables (batteries, cables, cartridges, etc.);
   • items with broken packaging or seals;
8. Exchange
   8.1. Exchanges are possible if the replacement item is in stock.
   8.2. The exchange procedure follows the same steps as returns: the consumer returns the unwanted item and places a new order.
